If anyone needs an answer, I had the same trouble tonight and updating Tinfoil to the 17.0 version worked. As of this writing, it should be the latest version on the Tinfoil page. Just wait and be patient. We are all waiting for new sigpatches to be released. That's what's causing that.Tinfoil will download much faster than the Switch speed test, I get around 120 mbps on wifi and only 90 mbps on ethernet (idk why ethernet is slower with the System Settings speed test).
