The one I have right now says "Accent" on the bell. I have been told that it is Model 170. The HR* added kind of a buzz on top of everything that I didn’t like. Most modern pads have some degree of waterproofing (and sealing of any porosity - apart from kangaroo pads). When badly done it is sticky; when well done it is not stick, and it is very successful.
