I went with the shop recommended Motul 5100 15W50 oil & Vesrah oil filter. It was dynoed with 40mm Lectrons (mistake).Put the recommended amount of oil in then run the bike for about 5 min (let it get warm) then shut the bike off and let it sit for 5 min so the oil will settle down into the pan/sump.
