Here is a photo of a G44 frame showing the locking block. Now you can easily use a G44 locking block in a Gen 5 G19 frame. But you also must swap out the 9mm ejector for the correct 22lr ejector too. After swapping those two parts out, then a G44 slide will function just fine on a Gen 5 G19 frame.
