City skylines not enough buyers - I built more commercial but that didn’t seem to fix it.. Probably an easy answer out there. Attach a train station run the tracks to exit your city,to a cargo ship and if you have it,the cargo airport. These goods need to transit. Warehouses set to store goods can help too.
