I know it's very confusing and daunting to look at if you don't know it but EpicEnchants has a great guide for getting started and progressing through the mod on YouTube. You can make some really crazy items with it. For instance, I have a dagger made with silent gear that does 33 attack damage and has 12,000+ durability. Start with the quest book and highly suggest getting into Silent gear tooling with your wooden or stone tools. Stick with the basics of pick axe and mattock for most your needs. A saw can be handy for any tree bigger than 64 blocks. Bees, Archeology, and Warden would be all new things and there are a few mods that add to those mechanics.
